Azarestan Group was established in May 2018, born from the 30 years of experience of its managers and founders in the "Omran Azarestan" company. The synergy of accumulated knowledge and resources over the years, combined with the goal of development and investment in the construction industry and related sectors, necessitated the formation of a comprehensive and integrated organization. The group, which operates as a private joint-stock company, consists of five companies:
• "Omran Azarestan" : Specializing in construction contracting.
• "Sazvar Sazeh Azarestan" : Focused on the production of structures and metal
equipment in urban and industrial projects.
• "Baspar Pey Iranian" : Offering design and execution services in geotechnical
engineering for industrial and urban projects.
• "Rooja Tejarat Azarestan" : Engaged in trade, production, and distribution of
architectural and interior decoration products.
• "Emarat Pishgam Azarestan" : Involved in project development and ownership in
residential, office, and commercial sectors.
